Our Story Decks built with
Decks built with
care and craft
Robert Paul Heckel Construction LLC was founded in 2015 by Robert Heckel, a hands-on builder with a genuine love for the craft. Robert started the business for a simple reason: he enjoys building things and working with his hands. That straightforward motivation has shaped everything about how the company operates.
Since 2015, Robert has been building decks for homeowners across the Willamette Valley and surrounding communities. The business is owner-operated, which means Robert is on the job, not just overseeing it from a distance. When you call, you talk to the builder. When the work begins, the builder shows up.
Robert Paul Heckel Construction specializes in wood deck construction, composite deck installation, and full deck replacement. Whether you have an aging deck that needs to come down or a blank backyard that needs a new outdoor space, Robert builds to last. Every project gets the same attention to detail, from the framing up through the final board.
The company serves homeowners across a wide stretch of Oregon, including Salem, Keizer, Silverton, Stayton, Sublimity, Lyons, Mill City, Woodburn, Aurora, Donald, Newberg, and Albany. If you live in this region and need a deck built right, Robert is close by and ready to get to work.
What keeps clients coming back is straightforward: quality workmanship, reliability, and showing up when promised. Robert holds Oregon license number 210702. He is available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
